★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of d worst showroom ... so much of attitude ...by staff nd owner also ... we shoped around 6 lakh material they gave half nd for d rest of material they are playing with us ... still we are struggling... plz go to local tiles showroom room don't prefer srinath collective showroom... they don't giv minimum respect to d customers... they don't know d value of customers tim nd money... uselessfellows

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store surprisingly has a great collection of tiles, sanitary ware under one roof to meet various customer budgets. The green shirt army is always smilingly available to show the wares. Even Sanitary company reps are present to help decide. Tile collection is fabulous and you are spoilt for choice! The price is anytime better compared to many stores I've visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a 6.5l purchase with one payment - all jaquar fittings, commodes, sinks, tubs, jaccuzi heat pumps etc
my wife had to make multiple visits for each delivery of sinks etc over last 6 months. Each time she had spend 2 hrs waiting for the people to attend, then waiting for the billing to look for records then finally delivery. Many times she was told tub ready then it never arrived, they say given to some one else.
I have called for last 5 days everyday to Mr Naveen singh for jaquar jaccuzi, tub and heatpump installation. It is sitting on my terrace for week. No ticket number nothing, just assurance it will be done today.
Today i have to do grihapravesham with these still lying on my terrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good store for tiles and sanitary and bathroom accessories. The store is spread across various floors. Each floor has a different product and range. Starting from basic bathroom accessories and sanitary in the ground floor to an exquisite collection of tiles for floor, bathroom, kitchen etc. on the first floor. The second floor has a range of premium brands for bathroom accessories and the third floor has an exclusive display of entirely imported luxury bathroom fittings etc. The whole floor is a notch above the usual that you see elsewhere. The space is very nicely done.
The staff is helpful though due to covid they don’t serve any refreshments or beverages but water, which is a dampener since you end up spending hours there. The administration should do something about it.
