★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely no sense of customer service - II wa given a waiting time of 20 minutes, which I agreed and mentioned that I will wait outside. When I came back in 10 minutes to check, I was told that now my waiting time is 1 hour because someone else came and is waiting "inside". This was despite the fact that I had given them a business of 4-5k in last few months.
I would say that they are not a saloon but just a "barber shop".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. Have come here twice for beard setting. Value of money as well. The only improvement I would suggest is to keep more staff at hand so that customers need not wait long. Else everything is pretty fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a bad experience. Today I got a headwash done from here.
- Nobody was wearing a mask here considering the rising cases of COVID.
- They charge you extra for basic things like disposable towel.
- When I said that they didn't tell me in advanced of the disposable towel's charge, their staff started to argue and say that "you should have asked". As customer who doesn't know yet what services you provide, is it our job to ask? Or your job to tell about everything and keep your customers well informed?
- And why are they still using non-disposable towels?
- The guy washing my hair kept complaining about my hairfall. I know what the problem is, I'm not paying you to tell me that.
- Doesn't know how to use hair dryer, even burned my forehead with it. No apologies, obviously.
- I asked him to not use comb or hair brush, and the reply I got was "Haath to use kar lu ya wo bhi nai?" The worst attitude.
If anybody has been to this place, they would not give this place a rating more than 1 star.
So many complaints from this place, I'm not going to be a repeat customer.
