★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First things first, the property is located in an interior place. This is good - we have peace of mind and not so good - difficult to reach if taking public transport or not using Google Maps. However, Google Maps location is on target.
There is good place for parking inside the premises. If the crowd is more, we can park outside the entrance, on the street as well. As there is not much vehicle movement, parking outside is ok.
The property is well maintained. Good, pleasant ambience make us feel good. The lake in the middle of the property is one of the best places. The landscape is not even, this make it more near to nature.
Once we are inside the property, we are in our own world. No disturbances at all. The private rooms are well distanced with good open are. Dining place is comparatively smaller, but manageable. Overall, a decent venue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience and stay we had at this resort.. food was really mouth watering. The best ambience for gazebo dinner night. I would highly recommend all to experience the stay and have a candle light dinner with your partner at this resort.. Vinayak helped us with finalizing the food menu which was really delicious, Vishwajeet guided us with all the bookings.. all the staff at the resort were humble and polite.

Well maintained and run by a very polished manager.
The vintage style bungalows are fabulous.
Lots of trees and a ton of photo shoot spots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for wedding. Very vast property. There are individual houses for newly married couple and for their parents.
Along with that there are many number of rooms which are very good too. The house are very beautiful, very much retro style. They have maintained it very well.
It's pet friendly resort.
Major concern which i could notice is that 250-300 people can be seated at once in front of mantapa. The dining hall is bit small too. Almost 90-100 can be seated at once. Right now the cost / fare per day is like 10 lakh per day. It might increase too in near future.
Atm is near by. Parking space is available inside the property which is having reasonable space.
Nearest Petrol bunk is around 1km from the place.

The place is serene and the lights at night make this place a mesmerizing sight. It's maintained well and easy to reach in the city.
There is ample space for vehicle parking and the venue can hold a moderate sized crowd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place. Ideal for a medium get together, function. In the night with light and decoration, it looks great. Has sufficient parking space. This may be a problem if gathering is large. Reaching the place is little problem. Around 3.5 KM from Konanakunte Metro. Getting transport back from the resort to metro or any other location is little difficult in the night.
