Quality of food was really good. Service was fast and proper. Price is very reasonable. In short, a nice place to dine out with family.

If you come here get the menu online and wait before reaching the restaurant then only you might get the food on time. Giving 2starts just because of the waiting time. We ordered around 9PM and the food came at 9:45PM.45minutes wait even when the restaurant was mostly vacant. Have no idea what is the management doing to deliver the order on time. Food quality is good. Quantity is good too.we were 6 people and it cost us 1800INR.

Their food quality is degraded too much. Service is extremely bad, they are busy watching IPL matches. Biryani was served ice cold. Reshmi Kebab is dry like the Sahara desert.

Most of the dishes were unavailable at lunch time .. we ordered kashmiri pulao and mutton .. The taste is not up to the mark ,not that much value for money at all only the Virgin mojito which we ordered was cool ..and talking about the ambience it was A good ambience to chill with family and loved once ..

This restaurant is opened newly in my locality, during this Durga Puja time... Before going there, I thought to search for reviews and have found many negative reviews regarding this restaurant and it really broke my heart as I was planning to hangout with my friends here on Navami night. But I took the decision to go there even after reading out some negative comments. Now I can say that I took the right decision. Let me discuss one by one- 1. Decoration:- I stay in Bally and here hardly we have decorated family restaurants. Initially their decoration attracted me to move there. This restaurant is spread over 2 floors (ground + 1st floor) and fully AC. Well furnished restaurant. 2. Ambience:- Ambience of this restaurant is also good. Light music is played with digital display inside & outside. 1st floor has open kitchen. 3. Staff:- Behaviour of each and every staff including the security guard is very polite. They co-operated a lot while it was fully crowded. 4. Crowd Management:- Previously I went to many reputed restaurants in Kolkata during this Puja time. So I am well aware of this situation. This year I thought to move around in my locality only due to this Pandemic situation. And that's the reason why I have chosen 'The Taste'. According to my view, the Management and the staff of this restaurant have managed the crowd very nicely. Those who cannot wait for long during this Puja time, they can go for percel order or home made food. People are moving around and even they are going to search for other restaurants after slot booking. Now, it's not possible for the staff to search and call everyone. They have tried their best. 5. Food:- Both the quantity & the quality of the food are good ?. Food came on time. I have tried continental dishes which were too good. 6. Budget:- It's pocket friendly and according to the quantity & quality of the food. Rs. 500/- approx. for 2 heads. **Suggestions for the Management** 1. Please accept card payment system. 2. Stair case is high. Old people will not be able to move to the 1st floor. Please rectify that, if possible. ?**Overall experience is good**? 2nd Visit:- Went there to celebrate my friend's birthday ?... Experience was awesome ?...They have played a birthday wish song on screen ...staff also wished the birthday person. ...They arranged the cake on table and packed the same while going back...We have ordered Mutton Biryani, Mutton Chap, Mutton Roganjosh, Tandoori Roti, Boti Kebab, Blue sea... all were too good ❤️???

The interiors are quite eye-catching ambience and offcourse food they are delicious . The fantastic service and hospitality.

thetastefamilyrestaurant is a newly launched fine dinein restaurant in Pancham gram,Bali ghat serving best biryani at best price Special biryani enough for 2 with 2 big chicken pieces,alu,egg at just 320/- Biryani is not at all dry and you can have it without any side dish Apart from that I loved their Afghani malai chicken as starter- pieces were huge and juice,with that flavour was top notch But more than that at starter I would definitely recommend chicken 65 in Chinese section Garlic chicken dry is a must try if you like veg To get rid from this scorching heat,Cinderella mocktail is a must try Talking about ambience its a 2 storey property With an outside sitting space too I am recommending this stop as its pocket friendly with good taste and sophisticated ambience It has other outlets at Sodhpur and Hoogly also
