★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today to have some fried rice and chicken tikka masala. Quality of food is great and the interior is good too ❤️ loved it. Behaviour of the staffs are also good and polite. A good pocket friendly family restaurant in Sodpur. Must visit for a dinner or Lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with my family. This is a family restaurant in Sodepur area. Situated on the roadside near to 'Keya Mistanna Bhandar'.Nearest railway station is Sodepur. If walking is preferred it will roughly take around 5 mins from station.
The first thing you will notice here is the TV installed outside. The external kitchen is just beside the road. So I am unsure about the hygiene.
I had their Chicken do Peyaza and butter naan. Overall the food was good in pocket friendly price. But the chicken pieces were not so good. The speed of service could be better. We waited nearly 30 mins. The overall ambience and decoration is nice.

In-depth Review:
I was in absolute frustration with the below quality foods, I was having whenever I seek for a restaurant. Either the price of the restaurant is toooo high and food quality is good or low price and food quality below average...
And fortunately or unfortunately due to rain me with my friends have to stop in front of this restaurant and as far I remember we grabbed Chicken Resmi Kabab. While writing this review my facial expression is like????. Perfectly tendered chicken.
Fast Forward to the Durga puja of 2021:
I was planning the have pizza but my friends are not interested so b/w this conflict we decided to go for "THE TASTE" as last time the experience with this restaurant was very good that's why.
We grabbed
• Chicken tandoor
• Chicken Resmi kabab
• Karhai Chicken
• Paneer Gravy
• Nan
• Water Bottles (You have to pay for water bottles.)
Our total bill was ₹1010.
About the experience:
The tandoor was a little overcooked though that was not a big issue. But the kadhai chicken was so much buttery, ohhh man!! The gravy was very delicious while the rest of the things are ummmm..... excellent according to my taste.
Another thing I forgot to mention my sister told me that tandoori roti was too stiff, she has to chew a lot.
The embarrassing thing is they have a wall tv but don't have a subscription on their set-up box, few people were asked to tune the channel for IPL but they can't. Instead, they started playing "Student of the Year 2".
Conclusion:
Overall definitely recommended for everyone, especially for families and seekers of good quality food at a reasonable price.

Now coming to food section, they have quite elaborate menu. Some of the dishes i tried are:
▫️ Veg Manchurian ( ₹160)
▫️Golden fry prawns(dry) (₹300)
▫️ Mixed fried rice (₹160)
▫️Tandoori chicken fried rice (₹170)
▫️ Special Mutton Biriyani (₹400)
▫️. Chicken tangri kabab(full) (₹300)

All the menu was delicious. The food quality and quanity was also nice. Special mutton biryani had 2 big pieces of mutton, and a doft potato. The thing that i loved is, it was neither too dry or oily, amd had a perfect balnce of flavours. Chicken tangri kabab has 4 pieces of kebab and was nicely tandoored.

The veg manchurian was tasty among veg main course and went well along with fried rice. The veg kofta was soft and had a thin gravy ( coz arrowroot powder was not used) .
The staffs are friendly and the prices of the cuisines are reaaonable.

This time our search came to a halt with

Located at 181/S/17 School Road, Panihati Municipality, Sodepur Station Road, Kolkata - 700 110 [ precisely 6-8 mins walking distance from Sodepur Station , adjacent exit to platform no.4 towards Pansila Autostand ] this Venue is quite spacious with around 50 guests' accomodation with two separate sections , one for " Family Space " and another for " Private Dining ".
A basic decor with beautiful dim illumination for a perfect family time over palatable delicacies. They serve INDIAN, CHINESE AND TANDOOR from their Menu.

I didn't expect their BIRYANI to be so good !! ?
Extremely light ( as per my palate ) and not too oily, great balance of all the ingredients and the quality of the Chicken, Rice and Aloo was absolutely top-notch
