What can i say a quite, cosy and tastefully home converted into a tea joint. The food was great, I reached early for a meeting even before they opened however the staff was so friendly that they invited me in.. We took a corner place for meeting and I must say service was immaculate.. Cheers to owners. So if I am ever back in city I'll definitely visit..

I found the restaurant bit costly. Hospitality was ok ok. We had to call the waiters many a times, then only they appeared. Not as quiet as I imagined. This is just a casual restaurant. Not a hi-fi type of restaurant.

Obvious from the name this place is totally made for chai lovers. You can have your evening chai with bun maska under a pleasing ambience. It very much feels like a crowded famous chai shop as you can hear people chatter all the way. They serve chai in various ways like we got our in a kettle and you can pour your own chai. The best thing about this place is the menu card. You'll love the creativity done on it. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars only is because it's not at all cheap like your regular chai shop, it is somewhat overpriced. The staff don't know whether they can do any changes in a specific food item. It took us almost 20-30 minutes to order something just cause of the confusion created by the waiter ovee there. It's a one time go but if you're with friends and family then it's a good place to enjoy your evening.

Three Star for the company i was having. Menue card was very interesting. It's creative. We liked that. It took 15 minutes to discover all the dishes. Rest i haven't liked the place much. Tea was ok ok. Not that refreshing as i was expecting. Additionally, for tea the rate chart is quite elevated. There is a clear notice in the menue card about moving your chair or if you're changing the table in between, certainly questioning your comfort. I think there must be some reason behind. But I didn't like this restriction because sometimes we don't feel that comfortable about the chair or corner we have selected initially. We told them to customize some dish (like not to pour that sweet chutney) but they denied. I think there was some communication problem happened. Staffs were in hurry like " JALDI JALDI KHAO , BILL BHARO AND JAO". We were not comfortable.

Good place to have breakfast in Ludhiana. The Puri sabji was delicious. Bun maska had butter dripping from it and the Nutella maska was just perfect. To complement it the chai and ths shakes were also good. Food is tasty The only drawback is the menu is limited till 11:30 am though the eatery opens at 10 am. The excuse of chefs comming late is not acceptable. My advice is that if you are planning to have breakfast go a little late.

I went on 1st Jan with my cousins and wasn't able to get the seats. So we had to wait for almost 15-20 minutes . The Saffron tea and Masala tea had a good fragrance of cardamom and the taste was also good and with the winters here it felt like an added advantage. We ordered Punjabi Masala and Tadka Maghi, Cigar Rolls, Pakore , Sandwich and hot chocolate . All of which were mouth watering and finger licking delicious ?. The price is heavy on pockets for tea but for the other items it's moderately priced and the service is okay . The staff were not interested when we asked them to switch to a place which was empty and had a heater. It's a good place to hangout with your friends and family. The crowd here is good . The entire place though feels like a copy of CP (Delhi) and the menu is mostly similar to that of Tapri (Jaipur) but the kind of vibe and ambience is something new here in Ludhiana.

It was my second visit. Lived my experience earlier which was like 2 years before and it's still consistent with their flavours and ambience. Lovely experience. Keep it up guys.
