★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ac was not working, we checked with them thrice over the call before visiting since it's summer and we were going around 2 pm, they said ac is on. When we reached they put fans which were of no use and we were literally sweating, they claimed that ac was on but due to excessive sun it's taking time to cool, but I don't think they have switched on the ac till we left. Really really disappointing. Do not visit. There are reviews written earlier which mention the same "ac not working". I don't understand what the management is doing regarding the matter. Charges of each and everything and the service charge is exorbitant, yet no ac!!!!
And the staff was giving all possible reasons for cooling not happening, how stupid is that!!!

FYI
Indian government has passed an official law for service charges.
It's not mandatory. We requested the them to remove it from the bill.
We paid for the food bill. The waiter says that next time you visit this place YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE SERVICE CHARGES.

Located in Juhu, it has parking space available. Overall a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambience...good experience...food was ok...its best to visit there in the evening / night rather than afternoon. Although u won't find the board of The terrace anywhere nearby or even in the building campus n the guys there prohibiting u from taking pics makes u wonder if the place is illegal since the only board that we found downstairs was that of Property belong to Prakash Mehra Sumeet films

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an office party here. The place is really nice in terms of ambiance. I don't really remember the food because I too high. Air conditioning can be better, there were times where we had to ask them to check temperatures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with a good vibe. They levy service charge which is really not nice. The sisha is just average. Staff could be a little more humble. We didn't try the food so cannot comment on that part. Drinks are priced on a higher side, but they had some unique gins like Stranger and Sons that are not available in other bars around.
