No replacement if the toy is of bad quality
Very poor experience and satisfaction!
Cannot reply to owner's comments hence replying here - product was not used. When my kid opened the pack we found a damaged peice so owner's comments are incorrect...any customer won't be able to repack the toys as per original packaging.
