β β β β β this real estate company is doing big time fraud. they are not even selling as per RERA norms. No bank is ready to give them loan. You will only lost your money. Staff is extremely rude specially Rajesh Tanwar and most amazing thing Deepika who never meet anyone and their staff says she comes after evening when no one is office.
if you send 100 emails they will not reply.. A BIG FRAUD AND SCAM GOING AND I WILL EXPOSE THEM

The CRM Mr. Rajesh Tanwar along with his team have been very patient and respectful in the whole process from allotment to sanction of loan... All calls have been promptly attended to. Now awaiting for the possessioning of apartment... Which I believe is very close... Thank you.

β β β β β The best apartments in the budget of 25 lakhs. Have all facilities in built. Connectivity is great with the new highways which is an exceptional thing. Cons- less number of good shops nearby currently. Builder asking for some extra amount when we talk about the final settlement charges to take ownership of the flat. Rest all is good. The materials the quality and other stuff.
