★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an uttappam for lunch and half way through eating I found a cockroach in the food. Even in this covid situation there are no precautions being taken while preparing food. It is just so bad and unhygienic. I would really recommend to not order from this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible staff... they speak very unpolitely n rudely specially on phone while taking orders as if they r giving us free food ........y such staff is kept n allowed to answer phone calls when they don't have a bit of patience and talk so rudely to customers...very disappointed indeed... no manners at all ...very surprising as such people r kept as hotel staff n taking orders on phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food taste and quality is good, but the service really sucks and had a struggle getting hold of someone who will provide proper service to the table. It could be it was a busy weekend, but still had to wait almost 15-20 mins even for roti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this restaurant for years but the service and the food has grown to be worse and worse...i ordered a Mysore masala dosa today which I have done earlier a couple of times... So when I did today the order was correct on the bill but when I opened it...it was nothing but normal masala dosa cut into pieces like the one I ordered n when I called to complain the staff over the phone call was so rude... N when I explained it tohim repeatedly he had the audacity to say that it is how it's supposed to be.. N i told him its not the first time I've ordered this..i regularly do ..he wasn't listening nd refuse to replace it ..then he asked me t explain every single I ingredient that was missing..even after I Told him repeatedly ...after calling 2times the order was finally replaced but it ruined the whole mood to enjoy the meal....Never ordering or visiting this place again!

All food are tasty but fav Cheese paav bhaji is very dilicious, and ao yummy.
Staff are also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I made a phone call to order food, the person on the phone was talking very rude and with so much of attitude. Somehow he had objections with a customer asking questions. He answered my questions in a language like 'ek baar bola na aapko ye item aise hi aata hai...' , 'aapko pata nahi hai kya ye item spicy rahta hai'. His attitude was 'jaldi jaldi order bolo, sawal mat poocho' when I questioned him about his rude behaviour, he cut the call straight on my face.
Is this the kind of behaviour you guys practise at your place? Not only your food but your attitude, language towards your customers is also important. Try to keep this fact in your mind.
When i went through the other reviews, i came to know that this thing is experienced by so many people. The management should look into this matter seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was ok. I ordered pav bhaji and masala dosa here. pricing wise it's little expensive. pav bhaji was sour and shambhar also very sour. So i personally don't like taste of food.
