★ ★ ★ ★ ★ જુનાગઢ બ્રાન્ચ નાં અમુક કામદાર ને કસ્ટમર અને સભાસદ સાથે વાણી વ્યવહાર કયરીતે કરાય તેની કોમન સેન્સ જ નથી જાણે પોતે૧૯ સદીના પાકિસ્તાન નાં પોલીસવાળા માંથી ભારત ની બેન્ક માં ધરાર બેસાડી દીધા હોય જેને યોગ્ય ટ્રેનિંગ આપી અન્ય બ્રાન્ચ માં ટ્રાન્સફર કરવાની જરૂર છે,
આરબીઆઇ અને સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટ ની ગર્ડલાઇંન નિતો ૧૨૩ કોઈ પાલનજ નથી કરવું,કારણ કે જમાદાર ને પાકિસ્તાન થી ઉપડ્યાવી ને ભરતી કરવામાં આવ્યા હસેને....
તા.૧૨/૦૨/૦૨૦ ૪.૩૦વાગ્યા નાં રોજ બેન્ક માં એવોકડવો અનુભવ થયો કે ૧૯૮૦ ની સાલમાં કોઈ પાકિસ્તાન નાં પોલીસ સ્ટેશન માં જાણે જમાદાર હોય, અત્યારે હરીફાઇ અને સર્વિસ નાં જમાનામાં માં આવા તોછડા મેનેર લેસ કામદાર ને બરતરફ કરવામાં અથવા યોગ્ય ટ્રેનિંગ પ્રોગ્રામ માં સુધાર વામાં નહી આવેતો આપણી બેન્ક ને ઉપર થી નીચે પટકાતા વારનહી લાગે અને મોટી નુક્સાની નો સામનો કરવો પડશે.....
જુનાગઢ માં ૧૯૯૪ થી બેન્ક કાર્યરત છે, અત્યારે આપણી ૩થી૪ બ્રાન્ચ હોવિજોએ એનાબદલે ૧ પણ નોમીનલ હાલતમાં કેમ???....
કામદારો ને HDFC ICICI AXIS નીજેમ ટાર્ગેટ આપિદો બિઝનેસ લઈ આવો ઇંસેટિવ લેયજાવ કોઈ કાયમી નય પગાર નોમિનલ કમિશન મોટું ઓટોમેટિક દોડશે અન્ય સીસ્થ માં અવિજસે ને બેન્ક નો વેપાર tranjeksn ૧૦ ટાઈમ થય જશે...

 It is not common sense for some of the Junagadh branch workers to deal with the customer and the member as if they have instilled in the bank of India from a 19th century Pakistani policeman who needs to be properly trained and transferred to another branch.
The RBI and the Supreme Court's gridline Nito 19 should not be followed, because the Jamadar was taken out of Pakistan and recruited.
On 19/09/070 at 2.30 pm, the bank had a strange experience that in the year 190, there was a Jamadar in the police station of Pakistan, now in the age of competition and service, such a rude manager should be fired or a proper training program should be conducted. If it is not improved, our bank will not be able to keep up and down and will have to face huge losses .....
There are 15 banks working in Junagadh, at present our 6 to 7 branches have been replaced by 1 in nominal condition ??? ....
Bring business to workers like HDFC ICICI AXIS. Bring business incentive. No permanent new salary. Nominal commission will run big automatic.
