★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One should never join this gym, they are really unprofessional, at the time of joining they will will promise u for good results but they even don't have trainers at gym, most of the time machines are not working. Complete waste of time n money. At the time of pandemic when one should help each other they r only looking for money, I have taken yearly gym membership on 14 oct'19 till March I went to gym and from march lockdown happened but till march 0% result. They are cheaters as well as liars at the time of joing they won't tell you they are charging money for only gym membership and trainer charges are not included pls don't ever join here.Their only interest is in PT clients. Pls dont waste ur hardearned money. Reviews are also paid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gym in Vikas Puri till now , trainers specifically are certified and quality ones.
Moreover they have programs which are equally wonderful. One such program is there Fat ko kaat and is very beneficial for ones who are looking to achieve their weight loss goals.
I am also enrolled in the same program with Vikas sir and literally felt the results in just one month.

Pros: Well maintained equipments, ambience is good. Unlike other gyms, you need not wait for treadmill or dumbles or machines
Cons: Disappointed with the trainers. They would train you initially for a week or two, then either directly or indirectly they would ask you to recruit them as personal trainer.
Overall, if you have been to gym before and can do exercises without much help of trainers, this is a great place to be. Else, look for some nearby competitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We like the Gym and the representatives at the reception is great. Our trainer is handsome and supervise us with dedication and honesty. We, I and my wife joined a month ago and took a year package after trial free session for 2 days the results are showing up now. We are pretty much motivated and all the very best to the gym for future endeavours.
I highly recommend from beginner
to muscle seeking guys and girls to join.
