★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst bank service ever, i applied for ATM facility about 3 and a half months ago and still haven't got my ATM card, when i was filling the form they said it will take about one month to delivered to your address, after one month and 15 days later i visited the branch (golpark) and asked about my ATM, they addressed me with no information , i visited again after 2 months and 8 days ,,, they still has no clue about it and the manager told me "there is a problem in the head office".... i further asked when will you think my ATM card will be delivered to me, the manager said, "bolte parbo nah" means (i have no idea !!!) ......so here i am finally taking a step to closing my account after puja vacation. And also i repeat WORST bank service in all of the states......i don't even want to give them any stars,,, not even a half,,,, but i can't submit my post without marking a star,,, so i had to even if i dont want..
