I can say Rupesh sir is the best sir , instructor who can help u in everyway. U can do yoga, power yoga , zumba different kind of workout under one roof.I lost so many kgs & inches here . I loved to go there everyday. I vl recommend to everyone to go there.

They are the best
Rupesh sir has helped me during my pregnancy and
also after it. I Have tried many other platforms for
weight loss but the way he makes you do no one
else does. He is the best in variety of workouts, it
may be general yoga,power yoga,plank
variations,exercises with bands, he knows it all. He
has always changed my workout whenever i get
bored and kept my interest in exercise.
So I would definitely recommend others to join it
and get back to shape with group efforts
