About Thedou.
A true innovator in the world of pastry, Yamini has been pushing herself to become the frontier of the field since 2012. She always knew she wanted to pursue a career in baking; it was just a matter of timing. At a time when the consumers asked for dominating cakes and pastry flavours, she was practising the art of taste sensations with sweet, meticulously presented confections, while achieving milestones by combining sweet and savoury in a single dish. To deeply pursue her culinary inclinations, she packed her bags and relocated to Pune for receiving an International Hospitality Management course which provided her with the ideal platform to begin her fantastic journey of enthusiasm and love for baking. Yamini excelled in pastry and opted to pursue International Restaurant Management at Le Cordon Bleu in Australia. She stayed in Australia and landed a job in the pastry kitchen of Rashays and Urban Tadka in Sydney. Australia-based cafes were just the right stepping stone for newly graduated Yamini. While at Hyatt Regency, she perfected her technique and learned the ins and outs of being a pastry chef in big-volume in the metropolitan region of Sydney
