★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theos is one of our favourite bakeries. We are glad it’s open in Delhi now since We frequented visited noida outlet till the time it wasn’t in Delhi.
Name a dessert of Theos and we love it. Recently we bought a tiramisu cake for sister’s birthday and it was a hit. Everybody loved the cake. It has the perfect blend of flavours and is not too sweet. Definitely worth a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a fan of Theo and my daughter regularly lands up in Delhi from Mumbai with either the dense loaf or so many other of their sumptuous variety on offer
However my first visit to Theos at Sangam Courtyard in RK Puram was a let down. We had time some work that side of town and decided to only do a pick up and bought Chinese Veg and Non Veg Rolls / Patties
However to our dismay, one of them turned up with the Onion peel for consumption. It happens and my rating is not a true reflection of how they probably are but it’s these attention to detail that we have such a high opinion of places like Theo
I hope they will recover from this and make it worth my while to visit again from Gurgaon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stale and soggy muffins. My niece ordered them through Zomato for my Moms Birthday. Six muffins were tightly stuffed in a box Totally disappointed. They should either be replaced by fresh ones or amount should be refunded.

It's just a fancy bakery with nice sitting arrangement but very average baking skills.
- They got fresh bakery.
- They don't see every customer as potential customer as a lot of people are walking in because it's an open shop ( Next to Entrance and Exit )
- They got nice sitting arrangement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience at theos. Their cupcakes are amazing. We ordered red velvet cupcake, chocolate brownie glass and Belgium chocolate cupcake. Staff is very polite and kind but they should keep some more vegetarian cupcakes as they only have one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much disappointed with their service. My wife was made to wait for 15-20 mins and then just turned her away by saying there is no seat available. Without telling her just billed and packed the stuff as takeaway. Staff direly needs training as how to deal with the customer. She had earlier also visited them 3-4 times and every time disappointed with their pathetic services. We have make up our mind not to visit this place again.

I'd like to point out that miss Nisha Sharma is really good at her job and maintains a very helpful and professional behaviour. And she is always ready to help.
