★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Friends Never Trust on this brand...I purchased activa battery and got drained in 6 months. they have recharged and handed over to me.Battery has again discharged within 13 months of Purchased and Ranip outlet owner has demanded 590 rupees extra to get repaired ...weather they have assured 2 years warranty at purchasing time...i fill cheated very badly...they are not genuine shop keeper as they are not believe to retain customer ..battery is only 15 % cheaper than known brands. so frineds never go to this shop for any solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Battery , poor service, don't buy this chip product, it bearlly last 8 months! And beware of their 1+3 year warranty service! You can get better rates @ Exide or Ammeron if you wana exchange Thomas! And They are giving full 4 years warranty if you wana exchange Thomas!
At the same side even
Thomas store (Sthapatya, Hanspura) are not offering good exchange rate for their own product! Big disappointment !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a fraud company,they sell dysfunctional batteries to the customers,I purchased thomas battery on 07/07/2020 by exchanging my original Exide battery and within 1.5 yrs battery became completely dysfunctional,now local dealer shreeji battery amitnagar,baroda is not my battery and I am subject to lot of inconvenience by the dealer,I appeal all who are reading these not to purchase such old/fake batteries ,please purchase reputed companies batteries ,don't be victim of chep prices trap,
I strongly criticise the falsepfalse of dealers of the company ,they should not make false promise which they are not able to fulfill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommending to buy vehicle battery from Thomas Batteries. They treat customers like cat & dogs, like they are nothing to them. The entire staff is not aware about the process, staff commits something to customer and owner disregards staff commitment made to customer. Battery dont last for long time, it drains quickly so again and again customer needs to visit their service centre.
