★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are just a big brand but don’t have good service attitude. They charge very heavy transaction fees for currency conversion. Moreover they keep deducting money in the name of charges from your currency card without giving any proper explanation to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist sitting there was very rude and she questions us with authority, I would say in a much more authority than the US officials questions you for your VISA..oh by the way I went there to get USD for my vaccation and just walked out. They were not even ready to help me with getting printouts of all the required docs I had in a softcopy format. Went back to muthoot and they receive you like anything. If this is the behavior they are gonna have towards customers the shutdown of even Indian Thomas cook branches are close by...

Service was decent at the sec 18 office.
Do remember to check the notes before leaving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No information about the closed status of Thomas cook office sector 18Noida.No information when the office will open again.Office closed due to covid (as informed by some staff member at nearby LIC office.Atleast some notice should have been pasted on the office door to give correct info.Helpline of Thomas cook is also useless.The helpline staff does not have any info .Wastage of time in making trips to the office to find out whether it is closed or open even on weekdays.The office was found to be closed on 3rd November 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really easy for buy both card and currency. I would recommend buying it from store rather than online. The staff is really helpful.
The forex card supports only 8-9 currency. They should add more. They charge around 150 for card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encouraging and supportive staff. Currency exchange is really safe (regarding fear of fake cash) and easy. We can book online also but usually we get the Forex amount if we book online in approx 48 hrs and they could ask you for some more money later too (was told by this branch bearers). I took a prepaid card along with some cash. Card was given at 0 fees. Best is to ask about the options available. (Ask for any concessional rates they can offer you too) Hope it helps. It helped me a lot though.

This is called daylight robbery.
Edit: Kindly don't share customer care number for god's sake. No one picks the call for existing customer, I am waiting for last one hour.
Only for new customers you have support executives, existing customers are like trash for you.
