★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour were planned by us from January and in April We were in total confused state of mind due to Europe tour time frame, itineraries and our office holidays during Puja. We contacted them end of April and they had given us 3 options. A. England and France (6 nights) B. Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland and France (11 Nights) C. Only Switzerland (4 Nights). Option A was rejected due to 2 costly visas for such a short period tour and B was totally impossible for the time scarcity. We discussed a lot with them and later finalised Switzerland with Germany for 6 Nights. They handled everything like Fights, Hotels with Map plan, Private Transfer, Sightseeing, Insurance and Visa. A very well managed customised tour for 7 of us. Memorable one in all respect. A big Thumbs up for them.

With great guide and amazing hotels as discussed and finalized before booking by us (specially by my sister). Booked with Thomas Cook agent TCL, to ensure a hassle free and a well spent 4 nights trip by Emirates airlines as suggested by them. Thanks for the value for money trip. Very much Realiable and recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Feb'18 we had booked our June Leh/Ladakh package through one of our friend from TCL of Chandannagar, who are also the Sales Agent of Thomas Cook India. It was a 7N/8D tour from Delhi to Delhi with 4 Nights Leh, 1 Night Nubra, 1 Night Pangong, 1 Night Tsomoriri. They also booked our Delhi up and down by Rajdhani Express. I have seen quite a few places across the world but the kind of beauty Leh/Ladakh offers, nothing that I have seen across the world. It is absolutely breathtaking and pristine. The 2 lakes Pangong and Tsomoriri are one of the most beautiful. They had provided camps in 3 places and decent hotels too in Leh. The flight from delhi is hardly 55 minutes, so easy to go too. They had provided breakfast, dinner and 4 lunches and discount coupon for balance lunches. Also provided 1 small 8kg oxygen cylinders for our group. Cars were Innova in Leh and Xylo for other places. It was an unforgettable journey in pristine beauty. Clear weather also favoured us a lot. Overall a dream tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent itinerary for Bangkok and Phuket. Hotels, Forex, Car, Sightseeing were superb and Chao Phariya Dinner Cruise was awesome. All places were smoothly covered. Thanks to Kalyanda for such a beautifully arranged tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our last month trips to Bali with family and friends from TCL was mesmerising one. Thomas cook people handled the tour. Tanah Lot Temple, Uluwatu Temple, Kintamani and Mount Batur and others were covered. Hotel The Seminyak Suite Private Villa was the amazing one to stay for 3 nights and made our trip unforgettable one. Bali Safari and Marine Park trip was enjoyed by all of us. Guide, Transportation, Food everything were satisfactory. Thanks to TCL for such amazing trip advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest and reliable travel agency in the world. What a wonderful tour. Our family of 6 just returned after having a fabulous trip in Bhutan. They were very prompt to all our inquiries and did a very good job arranging the tour. Mr. Sangay our guide cum driver was very knowledgeable and informative. He was very considerate and patient with us during the hike to Takstand as we walked slowly, he was brilliant in those winding roads . He was also very accommodative and patient with our photo stops. We had an unforgettable time in Bhutan. Thank you all for our memorable time in a wonderful country like Bhutan. Oh! Great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 4 nights Dubai tour had been organised by TCL on behalf of Thomas Cook. Dhow boat cruise, belly dance, desert safari, sightseeing everything had been arranged smoothly and we had enjoyed a lot. Hotel Grand Excelsior, Al Barsha was good but not the best. Temperature is a prime factor though it was October. Sightseeing was well planned. Over all nice experiences for me and my family though highly expensive.
