DevNav Lite PPU is a simple position only system which through its technological options shows the level to which each can assist pilots and ports in improving safety and profitability. It’s the simplest electronic aid is one that uses a single GPS receiver. The system typically comprises a laptop and a single antenna, integrated into the display with a cable connection to a laptop and AIS using pilot plug.
Every SOLAS compliant ship carries an AIS onboard and every type approved AIS has a pilot plug on it. The AIS onboard is connected to the ship’s GPS, gyro and Log. Thus, the AIS is an excellent single point source for all the data required for pilotage. The pilot connects with matching pilot plug to this AIS’s pilot plug and connects his laptop to the AIS for receiving all the data required. The laptop runs a special pilotage software VINAM and has an accurate chart of the area DevNav Lite is an inexpensive and very portable – and may be all that is required in relatively straight and wide channels. For example, it shows the position of the vessel, (where the antenna is sited) in relation to its surroundings and other vessels, which can help prevent confusion as to which buoy or vessel the ship is passing.

Gave three rounds of interview and after that didn't even get to know whether i was selected or not. Tried contacting HR, but she cut the call.
Apart from this, in the second round HR asked me to sign a 11 months bond which i clearly denied to do and told in this case i won't be interested but then too she was okay with it and went ahead with my profile.
Later on, when i was giving the third round with Co-founder of the company he told me it's compulsory to sign a bond. May be HRs should clear all the things in the starting only. As a employer you have all the rights to make your own policies of the company but should respect the employee's decision if he/she is not comfortable with it. You CANNOT force things on a candidate. Why the HR didn't consider the fact if an employee is not comfortable with the bond thing she should have moved on to other CVs. Not only she wasted company's time and resources but mine as well.
Respected Thoughts2Binary, when a candidate gives an interview he put so many efforts and hope into that interview that you have no idea about. In this covid period maybe your company should respect the mental stress which a candidate has on himself /herself.
Also one suggestion, rather than forcing people to sign a bond become that company that no employee wants to leave, automatically then you don't have to do these things and employees will be committed and loyal towards your firm. Your company's insecurity shows when you ask to sign a bond.
I'm not throwing any dirt on the company, i have all the rights to express myself if the firm has so many issues, may be then you shouldn't be on these public platforms. Also if your company's reputation can come in bad light with this one review on google then maybe there's lot to think about.
I would recommend not to waste your time with this firm.
