★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s quite a spacious apartment, which is rare to find in other projects in Pune. Three Jewels Moonstone lives up to its name of being precious in terms of its elevation, view, and overall tranquility.
It has various amenities included within the complex like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, amphitheater… They are creating quite a sociable atmosphere!

The project is super super slow as if they are putting 1 brick in a day, they never tell the customer on the timelines. With that said it means once they sell the flat then they forget the customer. Beware.
I even forgot that I have booked a flat here, every month my EMI reminds me of the worst decision.
By the time I get the possession I think the building will go for redevelopment.
Poor customer experience. Unprofessional guys, they should learn Project Management first.
Never trust on the sales people over there, whatever they mention is FALSE. They are very arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's worst day of our life when we trusted this brand & booked flat in MoonStone Project (approx. three years back). At that time, Possession Date was on or before Dec'20. Sales Rep. promised many more lucrative things at the time of Booking, but in actual everything seems Horrible, Pathetic, Unplanned. We see even Local Builder is far more Professional & Committed than these ppl. They keep on extending Possession Date without bothering to give any clear/concrete information to their customers. Super Slow Project Work, no contingency planning nothing, giving false excuses of Pandemic. They have spoilt all our joy & happiness of buying a New Home despite of paying such a hefty amount for flat. Feeling Cheated!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kolte Patil is not punctual in their word of possession date... At time of booking they said possession date would be June 2021, we still kept quiet due to pandemic. But till today I have not got my possession of flat ,they keep extending it without informing the customer. When it's time for payment they will call twice a day ,but when we ask about possession date not a single call or reply is there.... I am stuck very badly paying rent and bank EMI.. I wish I had read these reviews before booking. Zero hospitality for customers once the flat is booked.

Good amenities for all age group.
Pool , Club house , joggers track , Amphi theater , children's play area. All well maintained.
But you need a personal vehicle if staying here .
Roads are in progress to connect directly to Hare ram hare Krishna temple. This will reduce travel time in future
