We opted for buffet menu.
It consisted of 3 cousines: Indian, Italian and Asian and Dessert.
The food was okayish.
Servers was not great.
Overall sub-par experience

I would suggest few changes for the vegetarian peeps please ..To begin with have more fresh salad leaves .please serve more veg stir fry and serve guacamole .some sour bread will be welcome too.
Indian section do make changes and not serve run of the mill paneer Tikka n dal ..there are more options in Indian cuisines .I didn't enjoy my lunch as much as my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three kitchen Restaurant is in Ritz-Carlton hotel. The restaurant is so grand and beautiful, the ambience is spectacular.
If we talk about hygiene I would like to rate them 10/10.
About food we ordered chicken biryani and lasagne which was so delicious. The price however is little high as compared to the portion they serve. The food portion is only for a person. But based on their service and taste of food, you may want to visit there.

The restraunt area is spacious and offers indoor and outdoor seating .
They have multiple live counters like for pizza ,pasta ,Indian breads ,Thai noodles ,jalebi
Spread is massive with different sections for Indian cuisine, Asian cuisine ,salads, desserts
Staff is courteous and their service is super quick .
Seating options are multiple and overalls the experience is lovely
