★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a pretty good centre to learn quality meditation and Dharma practice. They have a class every Sunday and occasionally Tibetan lamas visit. A resident tibetan monk or lopen conducts various programs. It is open 5 pm to 7 pm daily, also in morning on Sundays. Location is in electronic city vasundhara layout, close to a mini forest. The surroundings are very peaceful.

Hosts a very open energetic environment, supported by enthusiastic and experienced young crowd, making it very approachable in terms of open discussions, investigations, philosophical investigations to anybody who wishes to know and understand more about not only on Nyingma tradition but on any branch of Buddhist practice, and its comparison with any other type of spiritual practice in general.
I absolutely recommend it to anybody who wishes to wet his feet with spirituality, meditation, and in general wishes to have a more positive approach towards our daily hectic lives.
