The Best Internet Service Provider in New Palam Vihar Area
I have recently shifted to new area, but still I want to have their service but unfortunately, there tower was not visible for Wireless Connection hence, without any delay they have straightly told me that Internet will be slow so its better to disconnect it and they have refunded my amount.
If it is available in your area, go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While it is a convenient internet service with unlimited data, when there is a problem, you cannot reach them.No response or callback to our complaints. For the last 3-4 days internet is not working for hours, and once more than 12 hours! Absolutely unreliable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They promise to provide unlimited data and tag line "what big boys can't" hahaha .. seriously lair and I'm regret to take connection from them and for reinstallation asking for double charges saying sir "humne aapki wire delhi se direct Jodi hai 30000₹ lag gye apse to bas 1000₹ charge kar rhe hai" and i don't know for how many days continuously network and guys are out of range... No one is responsible don't how it's running the business.. please shut your service if you can't tolerate the customer demand and fullfill on time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They use to provide excellent service but for the last 2-3 months they have been extremely poor on service , 50 mbps is the plan but you will only get 30-40 rationale they give , it's becuse of the router . They now have the worst down time ever , if your internet goes they now take 12-24 hours with no updates , no news , no one picks your calls . Now with airtel removing the 299 bracket , they are the most expensive internet providers in the palam area . Choose wisely .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After establishing my connection again in Sep'17, I am very satisfied with their service and speed. Down-time is low and service team is quick to resolve any issue. Speed is reduced by 10-20% in peak hours but its sufficient for most users. Nobody beats their service in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. Hope the monthly tariff is reduced further ;)
Have deducted 1 star only because the period of review is less than 2 months. Will give it 5 stars if this is continued for more than 6 months in the same way.
