★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the only reason I gave them a one star rating is beacausw zero is not an option.
Firstly, there operatives are incompetent and incapable of following simple instructions or processing the simplest of requests.
Secondly, they book appointment and don’t show up nor do they call to inform you about any delays or cancellations.
Thirdly, the manager is never available to take calls apparently the dude is too busy to speak to paying customer and never bothers to return a call.
Kindly avoid this company at all cost and contact sach diagnostics or Lal Path labs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond unprofessional. Nobody showed up for a scheduled covid test which was paid for, and on calling them twice all their team can do is raise the concern with the "covid team." If you have a flight to catch and need a time-sensitive covid test avoid these jokers.
