Our clear focus on speed and accuracy further made us the first Indian laboratory to also have an IT enabled, 24x7, fully automated diagnostic laboratory set up covering over 2,00,000 sq. ft. floor space that ensures error-free processing of over 1,00,000 specimens and over 4,00,000 Clinical Chemistry investigations per night. Our unmatched speed factor is achieved through a combination of air-cargo logistics and IT enabled, barcoded, bi-directional systems that ensures a turnaround time of 4 to 8 hours for processing of samples that arrive at any time of the day or night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience even after multiple reminders they don't provide reports on time, for the fasting sugar report they are saying it takes 48-72hrs time. Guy Diwakar and his staff speaks very rudely with customers. They are not at all professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I write this review for my recent tests got done with Thyrocare, sector 20, Noida. A few months back I wrote my terrible experience with them. I have taken up a chance to get my tests done with Mr. Diwakar and team at Thyrocare. Now this time Mr. Durgesh came on time as agreed on 5th Aug. and report received 7th Aug.
I would like to share my review in future also for test with them. It may help them to improve their service.

Home Collection and everything was so tough at that time as cases were huge.. still they were completing their targets and was taking every sample at home..whole team works like a team . I really appreciate their service at this difficult time. All the healthcare workers are working selflessly and currently Thanks is a very small word. But their services are very customer Friendly . Really appreciate the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi All, I generally don't write reviews , but writing this to inform all other readers to make sure you do not get into a major trouble. Getting straight to the point, in my case, i needed the results in an emergency situation..i was assured that i would get them at a particular time in the morning...i got the results much later (after furious follow ups from my side) and some of the test results just did not make sense to the doctor..had to get them done from another vendor again...cannot say if it is my own unique experience or there is a systemic issue with the place..but request you all to think well before choosing this center (because in critical situations , such things can have a profound impact).

Needed a few tests done which were extremely time sensitive (and expensive). Received the reports before the promised time. Even when samples get flown to Mumbai at Thyrocare unlike other labs which have processing centres in Delhi
