Amazing location and a very tastefully built bungalow. The farm is huge and the care takers at the farm are very cooperative.

Amazing farm. Completely organic and filled with life. Take a stroll in the idyllic village roads, take a dip in the village river, play with the animals and birds or just relax under the starry sky. Just about a km off the highway, Tiara farms is nestled inside Sapne Village. Surrounded by farm houses on three sides...an ideal weekend gateway

Thanks Shantanu! We had an awesome, funfilled, relaxing family weekend (25-26Jan2020) at your Tiara farms. All arrangements including home cooked meals BBQ dinner was really nice. Our boys were happy interacting with the rabbits, ducks and cows away from their cell phones? and also played football with their dad's. It's a good place in the lap of nature. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by lush greenery. Good getaway. The area has poor network reception though.

We had booked Tiara Farms for 2 nights/3 days stay with family, hoping to get what we actually saw in the pictures shared on Google Business Pages. We decided to check out the very next day of our reaching this place. The owner refunded us charges for one day of our trip, when we highlighted our plight to him. Overall, we got back 50% of what we paid. The reason to write this review is because, we still ended up paying for one day and since we paid for a day, a review for that one day is necessary. Here is what we got to see at the property: Good Points: 1.Staff is very cooperative and helpful 2.Garden space is very big and nice 3.Owner is responsive Bad Points: 1. The property has 3 rooms but only 1 room has an Air Conditioner 2. The water in the property is fetched from a borewell, which is giving out pitch brown water 3. There is no air conditioner in the hall 4. There was electricity outage for 3-4 hours, resulting in extremely uncomfortable situation because there isn’t sufficient power back up at the place 5. AC remove for the one room that had AC wasn’t found on Day-1 so we had to manage without AC for the night 6. Dish TV wasn’t recharged and we had to coordinate with the owner for sometime before it got started 7. Almost no network works there except Jio, which also has sketchy reception. Even to access Jio you have to walk into the front garden and even then, you won’t get more than one tower on your handset 8. The RO Purifier’s filter is completely brown after trying to filter out bore well water, I sincerely doubt if its worthy of drinking 9. No bottled water is supplied even as a paid alternative (not available on premises unless requested) 10. Water is leaking from the celling of one of the rooms 11. Washroom has water clogging issues 12. Dogs aren’t maintained at all, as you would see in the display pictures 13. Ketchup was not available (it was finishes as per the attendant) even though we had Bread and Eggs for breakfast 14. Vegetarian breakfast quantity was insufficient for all guests 15. Portable Lights at the premises were not charged beforehand 16. Except for badminton, there is nothing provided to play at the farm 17. Except for the front garden and the garden next to it, nothing apparently is maintained as per standards at the farm.
