Poor quality , overpriced products
Arrogant owner
First the staff caused injury in my hand while trying a bracelet , then when i went the next day to get a defective piece replaced/repaired, the owner put the blaim on us , returned the money and literally asked me to get out . While the staff insisted that it can be repaired, the lady owner demanded respect and said that we need to teach customers like me need to be taught a lesson
My message to them : respect doesn't automatically come with age , you need to earn it

My friend by mistake left bangles on the cash counter and called them to confirm the same. They started shouting very badly that we won't eat your 360 Rs (but the twist is that she had not confirmed the amount of bangles to them)
Atleast have some courtesy to talk, agr paise ni dene the toh koi ni but don't disrespect your customers.

After that also I politely said uncle why are getting angry and he hanged up the phone on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever.. they are cheaters. My cousin bought earrings from Tiara rajouri garden store. By mistake double payment was made. Instead of getting it reversed , the owner of the shop started shouting on her and talked in such a disrespectful manner. Really shameful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very awful experience. They have hired nyka sales persons there, who are doing fraud. They have cheated us by providing empty cosmetics. When we complain they refused to accept their mistake. We purchased 5 items and 4 were empty. Very bad experience, i will not suggest anyone to visit this store. Very bad experience. Bad customer service.
