★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction quality is worst! If any one goes washroom above your floor, you can hear. There is leakage issue in wall as well and parking issue.
One thing which is good is location only.

1. Drinking water available for only half hour.
2. Domestic use water available for only 2-3 hours in the morning and evening which is also not consistent.
3. Frequent power cut.
4. Frequent theft of milk packets and other parcels.
5. No proper road to reach society, Sewage water is on road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is good to stay.. but you cannot deny a biggest flaw in the project being "no usage water tap" in the kitchen.. With the water crisis on, water in the kitchen is available only for an hour/2hours per day.. Situation persists since this summer, until now..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great place as society is very small, very poor club facilities, swimming pool not remains clean and does not have advanced systems to clean,even when people are swimming they put chlorine. Air quality very poor as lot of construction work is going on and it causes headaches and too much construction dust falls on balcony. Parking very less space is there, house keeping staff is extremely rude as if boys from slums are hired. Not proper systems are there , water is switched off for weeks and only one hour water is provided whenever the chairman wants. Also some people are rude here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy a flat here ,you will repent it. Bad and rude management, once you buy the flat you get trapped, and you are treated bad. Even if you own a property worth 1 cr you are treated bad, you need to keep telling your name, mobile number, purpose of going outside to security guards at the gate every time you exit the society. So in a month if you go outside 30 times and each day 3 times you will need to make entry 90 times, tell purpose of going outside as if you are a thief. Some women too have complained that security guards are harassing at the gate while taking temperature.
The society keeps full data collection of all the members of the society and imposes its own rules and such rules are not there in other societies.
The parking place is horrible and cramped up, there is no play area, swimming pool is useless, prices of the property is through the roof and construction is actually horrible and poor.
There are lot of other problems as there are only 3 buildings 1 building for 1bhk, 1 building for 2bhk and 1 building for 3bhk, so basically you end up standard rates for flats but what you get is 1/tenth the services of big societies like Blue Ridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont buy a property here, or u would be trapped badly. Chairman thinks he is king of the society. They will harass you to the ultimate. Bdw he sits with guard and guards the gate at 1 am in night, when u enter after work they ask you 500 questions. Who the hell are they that I should reply?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even think about renting an apartment here. The chairman thinks he practically rules the complex. The kind of person who probably is not respected at his workplace/home or hasn't been able to achieve anything in his life and takes out the impotent frustration on poor tenants.
