★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reshma and yogesh, thank you so much for managing my daughter's birthday party. Everything was perfect to the T. The food, the overall experience and plus the courteous staff who attended and look after the kids at all the levels.
I would highly recommend this place for the professional and meticulous management team and the grand arena for kids to play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good for kids. However the staff is not interested and are chit chatting amounst themselves. Some mis behaved kids who normally trouble others are not looked after. And the staff also least bothers about it. My experience..
1. The car cannot enter the main gate and the place is far frm gate. So basically there is a parking problem and if u dont hav a driver better not to go.
2. Staff is chit chatting and mostly occupy kids play area and gossip. There was a boy who snatched things and was voilent towards other kids was a trouble factor. The parents were busy gossiping at some other place while this violent kid was troubling others and also staff was in their own world of chit chat..
Suddenly the kid pounch on my daughter and scratched her cheeks with nails and put his finger in her eyes. When she started crying loud the staff rushed and that boys mom father appeared and apologised as if they were doing a favor on world. Then we realised that there was a birthday party and max crowd is same and kids are rowdy..
3. We had to leave the place and staff was like nothing ever happened. So basically a good place but not very well managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently went to tic tac toe on the 17th dec, the play area has just opened up, it’s been 3 days now. The place is fab, very clean, everything looks perfect just the way it was before the pandemic, the staff is very efficient and attentive, very impressed with the sanitisation and new house rules. We will be visiting again super soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just an over-hyped place. They promote celebrity kinda environment more. Much better places available for your kids. Don't even enter this place with your child. If you love your child & really want them to enjoy take them to places where you can be part of their fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended a birthday party yesterday 1stJuly2018 and was surprised to see an perfect venue for kids party with valet parking.Very nicely designed kids play arena with lots of indoor games and a cafe dishing out delicious starters.
If your planning a birthday party for your kids this location is perfect.The host and staff 5/5 for service & maintaining this venue including the rest rooms.

Especially the water area ... its damp... we could not stand and bear it for more than 5 mins... its too damp with absolute no ventilation.... its was so suffocating....and the central air conditioning is worst... its too chilled and has a burst of air coming in from one side.. its just unbearable... poor kids...
I basically did not connect with the place ... and didn't not find any hospitality....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and undecisive behaviour from staff. We made a full payment a while back to visit this place, unfortunately due to covid and other reasons we could not visit, one rep from the place confirmed we could visit again anytime and now when we call them they deny everything expressing that we make the payment once again.
Reshma is unprofessional with an unreasonable attitude. The place is not some kind of live event so when there is a slot avalable I dont see an issuse. Just feels like a scam. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
