Nice place to stay, good garden, swimming pool, good food but service is too slow.

Very very bad experience. No value of money Food quality was very bad Buffet menu didn't include starter also and very limited options

Last year we stay at this, poor room service, dirty swimming pool, food also not proper.

As a doctor visiting from Patna I was amazed by the whole resort which included the amazing location and scenery and nice room service along with very tasty food which I was served their.... I would love to visit this place again and will definitely recommend this place to everyone that I know.

Location: Great Location, Almost at the top of the hill, 10 mins by car away from Kumbalgarh Fort Service: Average, They are understaffed. Every small request takes 30-45 mins. An important thing to note is that there is no room service. The reception staff is super friendly, the swimming pool timings are from 7 AM-7 PM, but we requested to extend it till 9:30 PM, which they did for us which was great. Hotel: The stairs are dreadful, very tall and long steps. As a young adult, I found it exhausting to reach my room. It is not elderly or disabled-friendly, which must be considered while booking the resort. The rooms were big and clean, but there is a huge privacy issue. There are huge windows in the middle of the room that are not tinted and do not have curtains when we checked in. We had to request curtains which we received after 20 mins. They have Window Air-Conditioners not split air conditioners, they work great nonetheless, but the water from the exhaust unit drips right outside the door and is a slipping hazard. An important thing to note is that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, it is only available in the reception area. Food: Decent, Mild Spices. Non-Vegetarian food is available which is brought from outside, not cooked in-house, so vegetarian guests may not worry. Swimming Pool: This was one of the main reasons we booked this resort and was the most disappointing. It was very dirty, very very dirty. The water is completely green, so much that you cannot even see the side walls (Images Attached). Another terrible thing is that from the swimming pool, you can view the swimming pool of the opposite resort Dollar Villa, and it is excellent, transparent water and super clean. So if you are planning to use the swimming pool, I highly suggest against this resort.

Loved staying there, very friendly staff and good stay. There is one issue that is food if you can manage that rest every thing is best. The best thing of this place is good for pocket price.

It's situated in Kumbalgarh. Property looks good but as far as service is concern not up to the mark. You will feel very hardship if you want to leave hotel early because hot water issue comes. Room service and check out assistance is poor. Even Not allot the rooms as per their email and the same rooms alloted to other persons it's really seems they are doing some mischievous behavior with customer. Swimming pool is not cleaned.
