One of Kalyan's most Incompetent broadband Service with Extremely Poor Customer Service Desk & Absolutely no regards to Customer care plans. Mailed twice for the cancellation of broadband service as a whole & No action till date. No signs of refund any time soon.
Lessons learnt include never pay the internet service charges in advance.
Very Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tikona is the worst service provider. The customer service is pathetic... Infact does not exist... Billing issues..... CANNOT connect with the customer service ever... Technical issue billing issue... Not at all... A response to the email takes so long.... Without any calls... They send emails asking to answer the call.... They charge you but no customer service at all...
