★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service... This is the status of my 10MBPS pack after number of complaints on the customer care number and also to the people sitting in the office.. Go and opt for other service if you really want to get some good speed or If you want to call them daily for speed issues and listen to useless excuses opt Tikona. Anyone can ask me for the speedtest screenshot for any particular day and I am sure that I’ll be getting the same speed because that’s what I’ve been going through from last 2 months approx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not able to install network after a long time you people installed at my location and still I am not getting proper speed in which I can attend meeting even on skype and youtube video is buffering alot.. you tikona app is also not show proper response there is no proper response from tikona service the person who came to check connection is not receiving my call even.

Firstly they'd charge you a huge amount, which is greater than even 6 months of broadband plans, confirming availability 24/7, and then they'd stop picking up calls. The speed isn't even 1 MBPS for 25 MBPS plan. They always have some or the other lame excuse. And above all, they disconnect the internet at night till around 9 am everyday when I have to work from 6:30 am. The situation has turned horrible these days as for past 8 days I'm without network.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Tikona for years now and can say that it is quite good and their services have improved drastically in the couple of years and their plans are also good at an affordable price. I use their 15 MBPS unlimited plan and I am quite happy with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Very inconsistent and they have frequent network outage. They are frauds and close complaints without resolving anything. Ping to gateway goes over 500ms. Engineers have no knowledge and give lame excuses. They give up and say "please do what you like, this is the best we can do".
