★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a individual using tikona internet for quite some time, there are frequent issues with he internet , there have been times when the internet is not available for as long as a week,
Registering a complain won't help at all.
First of all the customer care number doesn't work, theres a proxy number they have circulated which doesn't work at all.
And if u try to complain via the app, they don't respond for days. I'm IT company employee , a good internet connectivity is must, facing some serious issues because of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use Tikona, your money will be waste .As am from a Payment industry we need high speed and their net always down. I took plan for 15 MBPS but get only 0.28 MBPS , no proper response from the technical team, all day net down , my 6 month plan got waste. Also, they never refund money.
