★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Customer Care Service. No human rep involved. Only option is to interact with IVR through their CC number. And this number is NOT toll free. I don't have internet for the last 22 hrs or so.
Each time I call the CC number, I get the response "your complaint is already registered with us.. Our tech team is working on it and we will revert on your mobile with the update"
This is the status for the last 22 hours.
Regretting for subscribing to this pathetic ISP.

I regret subscribing to your services waiting for my subscriptions to end to switch to another service that have customer service who can understand customer's issue
