★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit- it's not free anymore ,you have to give rupees 500 for 6 months , there's an old man who asks for money and give you receipt.
It's good for morning or evening workout , it's not rushy in early morning so you can go for walk and exercise in morning, there are some machines for exercise too. and you can also take kids for wandering.
Though there is a sign saying prohibited for outsiders but you can go with mask on due to covid precautions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor place.. We are 5 people visited there for Government exam near park and waiting for our turn for examination. I am shocked Local people don't allow out siders.. Uneducated people with big houses... worst place i have ever visited.. Narrow minded, sick and illiterate people's around there.. They are having camera in park and one small gym king of thing with message only for Members... I am shocked that this place belongs to government but local people treating like private park... I am uploading a pick of one of the member house who is more like a security guard of park.. even park maali was also agree with us that they all are sick people around there ... I can suggest please visit to chandigarh or mohali.. and feel tha shame...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting, In the park the old always say anyone walking, doing exercise must pay Rs.100 for months because it's private park and anyone can't pay Rs.100 so no entry in park, the old man has show bad manner ,bad languages say to you , the park is under public category and maintain by private colony members but park is good and beautiful, what its the meaning of this payment ?

Good for speed walking.
Circumference is about 350m.
You can also do yoga there ??♀️?♂️.
Seats are there for rest and enjoying greenery.
