★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is well mannered, Wide variety of designs are available but they can't meet the delivery dates promised.
They bring their stock from different places so, most of the delivered items will have broken tiles. It takes more time like 4 or 5 months for a 1200sq.ft house to finish your flooring if you order from here.
One tile took more than one month to deliver that too it consists of broken pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No on time delivery and not responding to the customers. They don't lift your phone also on the delivery day. Most disgusting way of treating customers like this. If u don't have an enough stock to give on time to the customer then don't take that order boss.
We stopped our work bcz of this irresponsibility of the shop owner. He told us like u ll get with in 2 days. Now 4 days still hez not responding. If I could have a 0 star option to give then I would have chosen 0 only for this behavior.
