★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place for spending afternoon and evening, this location is around 3 kilometers from Suri Bus Stand. Tilpara Barrage is attractive mostly in the season of winter because of the advent of migratory birds; in winter it turns into a picnic spot. However, this place can be visited all year round, but the best time is early morning and of course the dusky evening. There are some shortcomings that of this place like uncleanliness and dust as the location is just beside the Panagarh - Moregram Highway. There's one and only tea-stall in this location where one can have cakes, biscuits etc.
