Super worst experience???????. after spending 3600 for 3 tickets. No lift till 3rd floor. No customer service. Movie starts late after 25 minutes. Then had to request for a intervel. Then projector stops in between and sound system started producing wiered noises. It started after 15-20 minutes. They did not accept their mistake at all. Food was expensive and the taste was not even up to the mark. AC stopped in between. Only two bathrooms were working and that too dirty.
Please don't go and waste your money??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst quality theater. there is no escalator or lift running just bcoz they are not paying maintenance. we have to climb 4 floors from basement entry.worst seats in theater.you can not be fully accomodated.its for like children only.Very much costly but Worst food ever.they have given garlic bread after eating it my wife has developed severe diarrhea and vomiting. whole night she had suffered a lot .she developed food poisoning. i will not recommend this theater to anyone.

It's easy for younger to walk but what about older people?
Please improve. I don't prefer going at Time cinema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to see Spider Man No Way Home, the seats were moderately comfortable, screen 2 held capacity of around 50 people and was quite spacious but the screen quality was average. Sound quality was good. Nice for low budget, but if spent some more, much better experience can be gained at some other place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE LIFT [ELEVATOR] IS NOT WORKING.

The theatre is on the third floor and the parking is in the basement.
If you go for any shows after 7:00pm, the chances are highly likely that the lift will not work.
I had 9:30pm show and when I reached the theatre at 9:15pm, I found that the lift is not working. So I asked the security staff of the mall. They told me that its like that only.
It seems that they have permanently closed the lift in the evening.
So we had to climb 3 floors.
We could do it. But someone else was fighting with the staff about the lift as they had old parents who can't climb the floors.
Theatre and screens are good.
If Lift is your requirement than don't chose this theatre.
There are many theatres in Ahmedabad city who have excellent elevators facility!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice place . Washrooms were extremely clean I really liked that. But on the other hand , just like other cinemas, they had extremely priced food items, like it's basically unaffordable.
I went to watch Shang-Chi of marvel, it was a really good experience there. From sound quality to seat comfort, everything was excellent. A bit more leg space would've been even better. The screen was normal size, not that big.

On 3rd floor. Lift is not working because the mall is close. The screen in average. But sound quality and brightness is very good. Seating is less like a mini theater. Staff is very cooperative. Overall a good place to watch movies.
