Now their telling that our team is in Audit since 10days their team is in audit they just give excuses they don’t work properly don’t respond to the calls. while buying they say everything once they sell the product they don’t give any service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very disappointed and unacceptable experience. Purchased a Titan watch on 4th December. To my surprise the watch didn't survive more than 2 days. They sell out old stock to people. Staff is very rude. During my purchase there were 2 customers who left without buying anything, the staff started abusing them, saying if they dnt want to buy and when u dnt have money why do they come.
Horrible experience ? plz think twice before visiting the shop
