★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice time i spent there with my family. Its a very nice play for spending time with families including children. The atmosphere and the environment was very nice and loving. It will be more fun going there if they add some other arcade games. They can add some classic fighting games like the street fighter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a different world altogether where kids and adults alike, have no dearth of fun. There are several games available for all ages and it takes approx 45 mins to an hour to scour through all the available consoles.
There are various options available to recharge your card and almost all the games are based on E-tickets. It's fun championing each game to maximise your ticket count. Each game has an average price of around Rs. 45 per play. So with a Rs. 500 recharge, you can play around 10 odd games.
Now all the games are working and some new ones have been added too.
The redemption process is smooth with a huge variety of games and knick-knacks to choose from. But again, the redemption points are too overly priced. A Rs. 20 softball is pitched at 450 points. A bugle worth Rs. 10-20 is again posted as 450 points. Since you get to roll-over your points and balances for another year, it is advised to stock up points unless you have a very very picky kid.
Location: 3rd Floor of City Centre. You take the lift and Timezone is on the left upon exit.
Accessibility is not an issue here as I found the place to be wheelchair friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large gaming arcade with a wide variety of games for children, primarily age 5 and above. The Powercard makes it easier to use and recharge. While I have been to larger gaming arcades in Hyderabad which has the tickets automatically credited to the arcade card itself, instead of printing it and then feeding the tickets to a count conversion machine, I still think this place is good for kids to spend a good amount of time. While it is not a cheap place, children would definately like playing the games and it would keep them occupied. Today the tickets gift section was closed, which was sad as my child wanted to redeem some of the tickets points won, but atleast this would make me visit this place again in the future. This place is, so far, one of the good gaming arcades in Kolkata.
On a side note: the fact that the Powercard can be used in any Timezone gaming zone across India is a plus.
Edit: People say it is located in 2nd floor (even the mall security guard said it), but please note that TimeZone is located in 3rd floor of Block A of City Center. I pressed '2' in the lift and got off and was searching the second floor for it when I saw the floor map which showed that TimeZone was on 3rd floor.
