★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for kids and adults to try some modern games. Though costly as 1000 Rs is not enough for 2 hours if you go with family. Can be Little conjusted over weekends.
They do offer some discounts on Tuesday. Bowling is also good here. Not enough space to sit if you have some members who just wants to sit while others enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bowling experience was good, except for one technical glitch in between that was resolved quickly. But my experience with the process here was bad. One of the game that I started playing got stuck right in the beginning, when I went to claim the refund, they said they cant refund the amount rather you have to play some other game. That was complete nonsense rule for me, as I do not want to play any other game which I don't like. When asked for refund, they denied. Secondly, we wanted to enjoy VR game in pair, but they started the show just with one person and the second person was just sitting beside, doing nothing. We had to again pay for the second show to enjoy it together, thus losing money. Overall, not so smooth experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to redeem my points in the timezone. The prices are mentioned wrongly and uppn asking the agent in the desk, the item is overprised and cant be reedemable. Very bad experience and none of the staff are helpful. The machines are broken, most of the time and simply looting money. Dont visit this store anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience. The machine of the alley in which I was playing was not working properly. It was picking up the pins and dropping it randomly while I was playing. I don't do bowling regularly but I knew something was wrong with the machine. The machine even stopped twice during the game.
When reported this to the person standing on the bowling counter, he said that the machine was facing some problem and I would face this same problem if I did bowling anywhere else. After paying Rs 200 for the second round and bowling 4 balls, he gave me a different alley. He argued with me even after knowing that the machine was faulty. He afterwards says that it was machine problem and this happens sometimes. It was not in his control and he can't do anything.
I don't understand if the machine is faulty either I should get a full refund or an extra round for free after it comes to your notice that the machine was faulty. Why should I pay Rs 200 put of my pocket for a faulty machine. Even after knowing this, he gave the same faulty alley to the next customer and said let's see if the same problem happens again. I feel it was a complete waste of Rs 400 for 2 rounds and no one should ever visit Timezone, High street Phoenix, Whitefield.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trash experience. Most of the machines are either malfunctioning or broken down. Have visited them twice with a gap of exactly one year and nothing has changed. The guys working there, his response is that machines tend to break down. Well I'm pretty sure they can be fixed within a span of a year?!

We have bowling, lots of video game, ticket games, novelty games for kids... Definitely you will enjoy, approx time required is 2.5 hours.
