★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me brief you about this property Thirumala facing ...first of all my father visited and we like the apartments so we thought we will finanilize one flat ...flat is ok so we have decided to give some booking amount 50k & told him to book flat n will meet bank person in one or two days and we need some changes in plumbing work so if everything is ok we will close the deal .The builder or dealar Lokesh who was working their said we will cut 10percent if deal is cancelled n now one due to some reason bank person said it is B khtaa property so it is difficulty of loan ..We asked Lokesh and informed him for remaining amount so he suddenly changes his attitude he said we will cut 20percent but why it was written on his register he was not ready to give any voucher for too since he was asking for 1 lac n we gave 50 k ...this is his attitude ...my father was saying it is ok ...but I just want to ask what kind of attitude is this?? This shows his greediness ...it is not matter of 20 percent it is matter of words which he committed he himself agree if things are not clear I will return mentioned amount now he is doing all this ..just shows the attitude of this kind of builder we are having in town ...poor mentality ...just by cheating he not returning someone hard earned money .
Please if someone is looking for flat one should check the builder too ...we have some renowned builder too in town but all are good n don't do such cheap things ...with INR 10 k how far will they go ...??poor builder.
