★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this travels to Tirupati package.. We had went 9 family members.. With 3small kids.
They started journey towards Tirupati around 9pm. Early morning 3.15 to 3.30 reach tirupati priya hotel.. They will give u 30mins to fresh up. 4 Am they took us to Padmavathi temple. There we have to take ticket 25 rupee for each person. After darshan reach same boarding hotel and they serve breakfast 5.15 am early morning. Breakfast menu is Cool idli, vada, some pongal with bad chatney and sambar.. After breakfast start journey towards Tirumala hills through Ap govt bus.. Once reach to tirumala guide take pilgrims for head shave place.. There guide didn't give time for bath, in fact there is common bath rooms with toooo much crowd for ladies.. Cant able to do bath.
If anyone have plan for head shave for kids don't choose this travels..
Horrible experience.. After Darshan came down for lunch.
Finally they started towards Bengaluru around 2 to 2.30. Here driver so hurry, cant allow us to go for wash room it self.. Cause of hurry if they have empty seats on bus driver halt bus in tirupati bustop and use to waiting for customers to fill empty seats.. Most irritating thing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirupati balaji darshan you thinking for going and visit Tirupati balaji darshan so you before prepare and before planning you can going so visit website book the there ticket for special darshan around 300 otherwise 400 I am not sure and take printout after book the bus train otherwise yourself you go and visit the Tirupati balaji darshan because they doing this rule for online special darshan otherwise you can't go and do the darshan so please I request you before you go Tirupati balaji darshan before you book online special darshan ticket thank you so much everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT TRAVEL VIA BALAJI TRAVELS. Very unprofessional and pathetic service. The seats you book are ones you will not be alotted. Customer consent and satisfaction is never considered. ZERO respect for customers. Specially the guys at the reception. They schedule and adjust seats according to their own wish and then they have the audacity to lie and cheat the customer by giving false promises on the phone. Very untimly service. We had to reach mysore in three hours...but since the time we were picked up, the bus was still picking up other passengers for the next two hrs. ZERO punctuality.
We stopped by for lunch, the restaurant selection as well was really bad. From a wide range of restaurants to select from across mysore or the ones we came by, we ended up having lunch at some local dhabba.
I suggest you look for any other option but not balaji tour package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible experience. Blaring videos players. Total disregard for passenger comfort. All that they are bothered about is getting rid of you as early as possible. Lunch at seven hill hotel is horrible, n half hour time for wash, most Uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience. Bus was 2 hours late at departure. They don't value their customers and make excuses. Felt stuck at all times. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO TRAVEL from this travel service. If you want to spend your money in an efficient manner, look for other options

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the Innova package. Tickets for Special Darshan also included in the package and booked by them.Hotel provided for the stay was good. Rooms with AC and hot water. Darshan also went smooth. Driver was also a good person. Only 4 stars because car was not in mint condition. AC, though working properly was not in condition. But overall a very good package.
