I have worked with them twice in the last couple of years and it was a pleasure on both occasions. The appropriate line-up is ready before you arrive, theyβll promptly take your around, all details and contacts are available for you to make decisions and documentation is always on point. β β β β β 14 years ago, on a rainy morning in July 2007, drenched with frustration and desperation i first entered the office of Tirupati Estate. For some reason, there was a sudden scarcity of flats available on rent to bachelors at that time. With no recommendation or reference no body was entertaining clients. Worse still, my earlier rent agreement had expired months back, no home to find, i was living in a small corner of a living room of a very kind friend's family. Tirupati estates offered me the only available option at that time in my budget, a paying guest little room and i grabbed it. a few years later they literally coaxed me out and helped me move to a two bedroom flat on rent of my own. Mr. Hemant Barabde and entire staff of Tirupati Estate, have taken care of me since then like an extended family. They treat you with love. They stand by you, they guide you, check on you continuously and greet you with a genuine smile each time you come to the office. On this site, many people often write reviews, to help rating of businesses. Trust me, what i am writing is a honest feedback. Tirupati Estate has been awarded for its quality of service and professional approach many times, hence they do not really need my review to up their impression in the market. Mr Hemant Barabde is like an elder brother for me now. Who invites a client for dinner at their home, unheard of right. Who would call up regularly to see if all is well with you, not everyone, During the initial scare of the Covid virus, Hemant sir would personally come and check if i was taken care of well. Yes one word of caution here, you have to follow rules and abide by regulations strictly. They really won't care of any loss to business if you create trouble. Hemant sir is very strict about this. Mistakes happen at times unknowingly when its not your fault at all, speak the truth, and he will stand by you steadfast like family. 15 year running now, i feel i have an elder brother protecting me always. I haven't planned this writeup, or gone back and made changes, neither have i thought first how to begin, what to write, how to please him with my reviews, nothing, just written in a flow and i can continue writing for some more time. My recommendation to all of you there, looking to rent or buy a home, please just reach him or his so well behaved and helpful staff. β β β β β My personal experience with Tirupati Estate Consultants is really wonderful. One can blindly trust Tirupati Estate Consultant and it's team. Mr Hemant Barbade Owner of the firm is very nice man, if he likes you (in terms of your social behaviour and personality ) he can go out of the way to help you out. He has some gift to understand the person. Also he is very professional, don't try to waste his time. It you are new in Mumbai and really looking for good property and better deal, I will strongly recommend Tirupati Estate Consultants, whole staff is very humble and professional. On behalf of my personal experience I will really thank them all. And yes, don't miss the tea if they offer ?????
