Floors upto 4th the building is approved and 5th and 6th floor are unapproved.
Both the lifts are shaking like anything and the cleaning is pathetic.
The floors are dirty and sticky.
Also some residents even don't submit the maintainace fees and the society president don't have the guts to ask for same.
A bunch of Jats are living who have enough net worth to purchase new cars but don't have enough worth to deposit the monthly maintenance.
