★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had worked here for just 3 months (Nov 2014 to Feb 2015). I had joined there as an Accounts Executive as a fresher at Azadpur Commercial complex Lusa tower 3rd Floor. It is a very good company to learn not only the finance but all the fields. But unfortunately I had to leave this Organization due to the daily threats and Physical torture given by their Senior Accountant Bharbhajan Singh Rathore. He used to threat me I should leave this Organization and stopped coming here from the very next day. I didn't understand why he used to say these words and he also show his hands physically to beat me if I ask anything from him related to the work. Hired as an Accountant I used to do all the work related to field like submitting cheque in the bank, going tax departments, doing photocopies and getting Burgers and Pizzas for Company Clients (at that time in 2014, services like swiggy and zomato were not available). So I used to do all these things too just for the sake of learning. But they didn't give me anywork on Computer and I just used to sit idle or moving papers from one place to another place just like a peon and I was being treated worse than a peon. And the Accountant Sunil Kumar was a very worse man, he didn't have a manners how to talk with anyone, be let me alone. And if by chance i get a work to do on a computer they used to say that' Tujhse kuch na hoga kal se mat aaiyo yaha, pata nhi Kaise rakh liya tujhe'. And I was getting around Rs. 8500 which was more than enough for me and I was assuming this place as a learning temple. But it was worse for me. Directors were arrogant but i didn't have any business with them. So Titan Biotech senior Employees should behave politely with the junior Employees. And as I am a Muslim they also discriminate on the basis of Hindu and Muslims. Excellent Company if we talk about their products and portfolio but it's the World's worst organization to join if we talk about their Senior Employees. Please be Human being first, work and Money is not everything in the world. Please have some respect for the Young ones and needy who are coming to the job here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service fr export order, especially export manager Mr. Barik is very good at canceling order at the last minute and can never be on words, keeps changing the cost of product from the time of PO to time of payment. None of the higer management helped us despite sending so many complaint emails in regards to our export order cancelation. The most worst experience in export with an Indian company.

I am unable to understand How company bear such devil HR team. She never response on mail/call. Not a right place for experienced candidate. Worst HR team always hire Worst team which always barrier for company growth
