★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this store numerous times over the past 7 years for myself and my parents and they have a decent stock of frames and good quality glasses.
However their procedures have changed now and they expect you to wait at the store for the entire duration the frame is fitted which takes over an hour. On my most recent visit to collect the glasses with a newly purchased frame (after confirming over phone that it's ready to pick up), I had to wait for more than 1.5 hours while they fitted the glasses on the frame (no input was needed from me as measurements were already taken on the day of ordering and it's a new frame). If I had known this before ordering, I wouldn't have placed the order and will not visit the store again.
