If something goes wrong, forget about ur money.
These guys ordered wrong glasses for me and then the manager Gandhi is the least helpful person here. Instead of replacing them, they asked me to order again inspite of the fact that the salesperson mislead the customer and placed the wrong order. This has caused me enough mental stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my brother went to order power glasses to Titan eye Plus at Infocity Gandhinagar. I ask the staff to show me glasses frames for sunglasses and told them I live abroad and these glasses are for my friend. They showed me different varieties of sunglasses and regular glasses and I chose 3 frames to take pictures. I told them I want power sunglasses and and power glasses. Staff showed me types of glasses that I can chose for frames ( I took picture of that too) They never showed me different glass types for power sunglasses. So I assumed it would be similar types for both and I ordered frames ( one sunglasses and one regular glasses) with power. They never even bothered to double check that do I want regular glass type in sunglasses frames or not. When I received my glasses these were regular glasses in Sunglasses frames. It wasted my money and time and I have return flight, and manager denied to change glasses.

Pathetic salesperson who ordered the wrong glasses and manager GANDHI who just wants you to strip of money. I ordered SUNGLASSES at this place, the salesperson showed me a list of their "PREMIUM" lenses that I can use. Guess what! I received NORMAL glasses....
I ordered sunglasses and received normal glasses! Explained this to the manager of this store JAYMIN GANDHI who told me you cannot order premium lenses for sunglass. If I cannot order, then why the heck did the salesperson showed me the list of lens to choose from???????????
GANDHI's RESPONSE: AB TOH AAPKO NAYA ORDER KARNA PADEGA, PAISE TOH AAPKE HUMNE PEL DIYE HAIN!
PLEASE NOTE: don't give your idiotic response here and tell me to write to customer care.. already did that idiots!
