★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In one word I would say this is an average store. Staff behaviour is good but their service is not up to the mark. Especially, they don't do anything special during the free servicing of the specs. They only clean it just we do it in our home with the soft cloth given with the specs. Unfortunately, they don't follow the protocol mentioned on the website during servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy a new frame and glass but the salespersons insisted to buy the progressive lens. They told that bi focal will take 1month time whereas progressive will take approximately 1week. So went to another Titan store nearby and they mentioned that both bifocal and progressive lens can be delivered within 1 week and we bought the frames and glass from there. Due to the false information or marketing policy if I say, kalyani Titan eye is trying to make people fool. Franchises like Kalyani Titan is directly responsible to degrade the Titan brand. If Titan is reading this review kindly take necessary steps asap. And don't go for the fake high ratings like 5, 4.9,4.8 etc. We all know how the reviews are generated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store sold me a pair of spectacles about a year and a half back. Since then, every month I have had to come here to tighten the specs. Now, on my umpteenth visit, they tell me that this an inherent problem with the material that my spectacles are made from. But this was not even mentioned at the time of purchase. With the kind of brand presence that Titan Eye has, it is disgusting that they had to resort to hiding the truth just to sell one pair of spectacles.
